Kickstart your journey by exploring various inspirational trip ideas on our constantly updated website. Each of these ideas can be personalized to meet your unique preferences.

Step 2: Connect
From the moment we connect, your assigned travel specialist is your consistent point of contact throughout. We start with a conversation to understand your travel wishes, asking both routine and deeper questions to curate a holiday that aligns with your travel style.

Step 3: Design
Upon setting the destination and dates, the design phase kicks off. Your specialist reviews accommodation choices, plans the pace and transitions, maps out crucial flight and transfer logistics, and discusses potential attractions and activities.

Step 4: Initial Itinerary
We will present a detailed initial itinerary to give you a clear picture of your planned holiday. This draft itinerary includes journey details, chosen hotels, planned activities, additional options, and pricing. We encourage your feedback and are happy to make adjustments until you're absolutely satisfied. And remember, all our tailor-made holidays include full ATOL and PTS protection for your financial security.

Step 5: Confirmation
Once you are completely satisfied with the itinerary, we will collect the deposit and confirm all the individual elements of your holiday. You will then receive a confirmed itinerary and booking confirmation.

Step 6: Travel Documentation
Around 2-3 weeks before departure, we will provide you with all necessary travel documents. Your dedicated travel specialist will confirm that you've received all the required documents and address any last-minute questions.

Step 7: In-Trip Assistance
During your trip, our handpicked local partners will ensure a seamless experience. However, we remain just a call or email away to assist you at any time.

Step 8: Welcome Back & Feedback
